We are proud to announce that Michael Locati will lead this Masterclass. Michael Locati has taught at Moravian College, Seton Hall University, and Kinhaven School of Music, and performs regularly in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as a chamber musician and soloist. He is a founding member and violinist with the Lukens Piano Trio, based in eastern Pennsylvania.

Reception following concert — Potluck

The Studio is proud to announce that Matthew Hsu was accepted into the New Jersey All-State Regional Orchestra. He made 9th. chair out of 16. The All-State Orchestra gives students the opportunity to play challenging music.

Matthew has studied at the studio for the last four years. He is a sophomore and a member of the Philharmonic Orchestra at the West-Windsor - Plainsboro High School, South.

Mr. John Enz, music director of WW/Plainsboro North will be the guest artist for the November 18th. master class. He is also the Artistic Director of the Youth Orchestra of Central Jersey and Conductor of the Symphonic Orchestra (YOCJ).

His insights are sure to enhance the experience of those who attend the master class. One of the great joys of attending a master class is hearing ideas articulated by the teacher that are then synthesized in the playing of the student. The results can be truly marvelous.

Refreshments will be served following the class!

Space is limited.

Vidhi Dalal, a scholarship student at the studio, now at Carnegie Mellon University has been given the position of concertmistress (first violin), of the non-music major orchestra. She has been studying at the studio since she was eleven.
Vidhi plans to study medicine and be a pediatrician. Vidhi Dalal is a graduate from West Windsor - Plainsboro High School, South.
